Before the final rose ceremony of The Bachelorette on ABC where Ali Fedotowski will (or will not) give out the final rose to either Roberto Martinez or Chris Lambton, the other men Ali dated gather for a special episode that will air featuring the men in a tell-all style reunion taping to allow the guys to tell their opinions about this season of The Bachelorette and give a behind-the-scenes look at what may have be shown on the show compared to what really happened.
Do the men really get to “tell-all?†No, but it’s nice to think they do! Just like with each weekly episode of The Bachelorette on Mondays on ABC, producers edit the show: it’s not real life! Every episode has been taped prior to its air date, none of it is live; therefore, the entire show can potentially be set up and edited. According to insider, Reality Steve from realitysteve.com, “a bunch of nothing happened at the ‘Men Tell All’ taping.†ABC did somehow managed to drum up drama though. Justin Rego was not allowed to show up for the special episode of The Bachelorette, most likely because he would want to tell his side of the story about how ABC and producers made him look bad with regards to his scandal and girlfriend he was contacting while on the show.
Two favorites from Ali’s season that will be featured during the airing of the “Men Tell All†episode of The Bachelorette were Kasey and Kirk. Kasey was known as the guy who tattooed himself for the bachelorette, Ali Fedotowski. Was he obsessed with her? I really question Kasey’s level of sanity regarding his decision to get a tattoo to remember his experience with Ali. Getting a tattoo to represent a new love interest is always a bad idea initially in a relationship because the tattoo will last forever and the love interest may not. In Kasey’s case, it lasted about three weeks and he only got to see Ali a few times during the weeks, most of the time on group or double dates. Would you get a tattoo to represent a new love interest only weeks into the relationship? On The Bachelorette, “Men Tell All†special, apparently insiders say Kasey sang Ali a song, which only makes him seem more desperate for attention, again. Does being on a show for love or getting a tattoo prove you are genuine? No.
So if none of these men find love on The Bachelorette, why did they join the show in the first place? Most likely for their five minutes of fame, which is why most of them appear on the “Men Tell All†special to wrap up their thoughts on the show and about Ali before this season is over and they are no longer reality tv stars on ABC.
