It's Bethenny's wedding day! The wedding was at the Four Season's Restaurant, a venue that Bethenny was obsessed with - with good reason because it is phenomenally gorgeous. Plus, they get to get married on top of the water feature - so cool! Absolutely lovely place...plus Shawn did an amazing job getting it all together. Money helps too...
On her wedding day, though, poor Bethenny has to finish editing her book on her wedding day. Kudos to her dedication that she finished it. Also poor Bethenny that she didn't get any sleep the night before due to probably stress as well as being very, very pregnant. When I was that pregnant, I could not get enough rest...I can't imagine having that level of exhaustion fall on my wedding day.
Bethenny's MIL is ridiculously sweet - as evidenced by her gift of a locket with Bethenny and Jason's picture inside. Not sure if it's just how Bravo edited her, but really, Jason's mom is like the ideal MIL. Sweet but not intrusive, excited and thrilled. Adorable.
As Bethenny arrived to the Four Seasons...paparazzi madness! I love the fact that the first thing Bethenny says is, "I have a roller in my hair!" Which is true. And hysterical at the same time.
Waiter at the Four Season's randomly offers Bethenny a foot massage. Awesome.
Big Question #1: Will her dress fit...? "In typical me, it'll be me walking down the aisle naked. In heels. In my grandma bra." But yes, it fits!
So Bethenny's pregnant and it's her wedding day. When you're that pregnant, you have to pee. A lot. Solution? A wine bucket. She peed in a wine bucket. Shawn: "So I lifted her dress up, and I realized at that moment, that I was inches away from her cooch-cooch." LOL.
Cue the arrival of the guests! Included in the guest list are Housewives Ramona and Alex, who are genuinely happy for her...which explains why they're the only Housewives included in the occasion.
It is a very, very pretty wedding. Very classy, very gorgeous. And mostly, when the doors opened and Bethenny walked out, it was obvious how happy they are together - which is the best part of any wedding. And the tribute to his brother Bryan who passed away was tear-jerking.
So congrats to Jason and Bethenny - of course this was a few months ago - but they had the wedding of their dreams! It's nice to see reality TV free of drama, and just full of happiness instead. We can return to drama next week...
