Elin and Tiger Woods Split: Divorce Imminent, News on Settlement Amount Plus Photos

According to numerous reporting media regarding the Elin and Tiger Woods Divorce settlement, a divorce may leave Elin $750 million richer! This is believed to be one of the largest celebrity divorce settlement amounts, and according to MSNBC, Fox News and the UK’s Sun, the Tiger Woods-Elin Nordegren divorce is final, the paperwork has been signed and is ready to be filed with Orlando County Court. The amount Elin will receive has been under major scrutiny and debate this past week and is believed to be $750 million, conflicting reports state that Tiger is actually only worth $600 million. In any case, in addition to the settlement, several stipulations have been set: Tiger may not bring any other females around their children, Elin can never speak out publicly about Tiger’s mistresses, and Elin gets full custody of the children although they share legal custody(tv.com).

It seems as though the primary purpose big payout that Elin will be receiving from the divorce settlement from Tiger Woods should keep her happy enough to repair some damages done to her ego and mend a small amount of the pain felt from the breakup of her relationship and breakup of her family, but the majority of the money will be to keep her satisfied and not talking to the press about her relationship with her ex-husband prior to their divorce, including his infidelity and relationships with multiple mistresses.  

I’m not sure if you can price the cost of a relationship at $750 million. Hopefully Tiger’s relationship with his wife was worth more than any amount of money, but apparently his relationship was not worth anything to him since he was cheating on Elin behind her back with many women.
