"Losing It" with Jillian Michaels premiere's tonight on NBC. Her new show features Jillian focusing on one family and one person at a time.
Tonight's show saw Jillian meeting with a woman named Debra whose starting weight is 239. Her doctor said she was headed for serious heart disease and even death. Debra kept saying "I can't do it," but Jillian brought her typical no-whining, hard-training attitude to help Debra push through.
So what are Jillian's best weight loss tips? If she can help Debra and other people like "The Biggest Loser" contestants she whips into shape every year, her advice is probably worth listening to.

Has anyone taken into consideration that she has no verifiable qualifications or degrees to be a personal trainer. Or that she has been sued three times? How long before she
seriously hurts someone? If you are considering a weight loss program or personal trainer. Look for someone who is certified to do so. Or the best idea consult with your doctor. They are the best sources when it comes to your health.
Dont follow someone who is obviously only in it for the money and celebrity status.
