The Biggest Loser Winner! The Finale!

The Biggest Loser Finale was tonight on NBC!

The two-hour LIVE episode brought back all the players from this season. They all looked fantastic. Every single person lost a great deal of weight.

The contest came down to three players. Michael and Ashley were guaranteed to be two of the final three, but America voted last week to decide whether Daris or Koli would be the third finalist. The winner of that vote was announced tonight.

America chose Daris! He has lost over 100 pounds and looks amazing. He's now dating his first girlfriend, who was in the audience with Daris' family during the live finale.

Before the three finalists weighed in, the second place "at home" prize was awarded to the non-finalist player who lost the biggest percentage of weight. Koli won that contest, taking home a prize of $100,000.

The three finalists then took to the scale. Daris weighed in. Then Ashley weighed in, beating Daris' percentage. Michael had to lose a total of 257 pounds in order to beat Ashley - and he did it! Michael won the $250,000 and cried tears of joy as he hugged his mother and family.

I love seeing the success of all the contestants from the whole season. But I also loved seeing the three finalists achieve their dream of having a shot at the $250,000. Ashley looked absolutely fantastic - I was rooting for her to take the grand prize!

Michael and Ashley were the heaviest man and heaviest woman to ever participate in The Biggest Loser.
