Lindsay Lohan Fashion Design Flop [PICTURES & VIDEO]

Poor Lindsay Lohan. Lohan tried her hand as a fashion designer. However, Lindsay Lohan's career as a fashion designer ended after just one collection that was on the Paris label of Emanuel Ungaro. Some in the fashion world felt that Lohan's collection was fun, but others felt it was a disaster. I tend to think disaster myself when I see it.  

Lohan's collection included buttock-showing dresses and strippers' nipple stickers. Lindsay Lohan worked on the collection with Ungaro designer Estrella Archs.

The Lohan/Archs joint collection recently hit the racks at boutiques. However, even though her clothing is in stores, Lohan is no longer designing fashion. She has changed her focus to buying fashion. Archs' latest fashion line did not include any input from Lindsay Lohen

Several fashion boutique buyers have been fairly positive about Lindsay Lohan's line. 

"I loved the little short silk dresses that Lindsay and Estrella designed, there were great colors, it was fun, short, sexy," Stephanie Solomon, Bloomingdale's fashion director, told Reuters. "I've been doing this long enough to understand it's not necessarily the press reaction. Ultimately, it's the customers' reaction," said Solomon. Solomon has bought some of Lindsay Lohan's collection for Bloomingdales.

Lohan's collection is expected to appeal to a young crowd. We shall see. Watch the video below to see the models on the runway in Lohan's line.
